教学目标：1、能正确理解、掌握对话内容，并能准确朗读。

          2、能正确地听、说、读、写country、will、learn、welcome、visitor、Australia

          3、能正确地听、说、读find out、kangaroo、koala、sport-lover、Australian football、exciting、Sydney

          4、能正确地听、说、读、写句型I’ll ask my e-friend in Australia.

教学重点：1、句型：I’ll ask my e-friend in Australia.

          2、词汇：Australia、kangaroo、koala、Sydney等词的正确读音。

教学难点：一般将来时的理解和运用。

教学过程：

Step1 Warming up

1、 Greetings

2、 Play a game：Magic eyes

（出示图片）T：What country is it?

  Ss：China、Japan、…

设计意图：通过游戏，和学生一起复习国家名称，为下面的谈话做铺垫。

3、 Free talk

T：OK. There are many beautiful countries in the world. Which country are you going to visit？Why?

S1：I’m going to visit …

T-S

T：Look，you can also use this sentence.（出示句型）I will visit…/I’ll visit…

（Tips：be going to = will）

设计意图：由旧知be going to 引出本课重点will，让学生初步感知一般将来时可以用will 来表达。

T：I know some of you will visit …，some of you will visit…Our friends will visit a country.Who are they?  

S:Mike,Wang Bing,Liu Tao,Yang Ling. （人物头像贴黑板）

Step2 Presentation

1、 Watch and answer

T:The children will visit a country.Let’s watch the cartoon and answer what country is it.

   Ss：Australia.

   T：Yes,Australia is an interesting country！揭题，板书

2、T：The children will find out about the country.

   （1）Read the sentence

     Teach：learn about，find out

   （2）Read and match

T：How will they find out about the country？

T：Let’s read the dialogue on P58，try to match

      Check the answers：

      T：How will Mike find out about this country？        

S1：Mike will ask his e-friend.板书

T：Why？

S1：Because his e-friend can send him some photos.
